Problems playing some of these videos?
It doesn't happen often, but there are a few things you can do to ensure the optimal experience.

• If the video doesn't play, or you get an error message, make sure you have the latest version of Flash. It's Free. Get it here
• It takes a few seconds for the video to start playing. If it continues to pause and you get "buffering" messages, just hit the pause button, let the video download, and resume playing. This happens when your internet connection isn't fast enough.
• If nothing works, try a different browser. I built this site to work well in Firefox and Opera.
• iPads and iPhones cannot play Flash. If you use Apple, watch MP4s here
• Of course, it could be something that neiher you nor I have any control over. Send me a message and describe the problem, and I'll check it out.
